Achieving excellence in his work is mission, in his practice of Arthroplasty. This would be manifest by his mastery in following two procedures.
He has pioneered Surface Replacement Arthroplasty of hip joint in Gujarat. This joint replacement surgery allows the patient not only to sit and squat on the floor but also allows the patient to indulge in active sports.
He has also developed Subvastus approach in Total knee Replacement (TKR). This procedure has a really mini incision TKR coupled with speedy recovery.
 
Equally interesting is other fact of achievement Technology is a passion for him. Accordingly he is the very first person in India to bring and effectively use Computer Assisted Replacement for both Hip and Knee Joints at Parekhs Hospital, Ahmedabad. This technological marvel provide a precision upto 0.5 mm or upto 0.5 degree correction. This precision increases the life of the joint and providers superb functional improvement to the patient.
